- Really no commitment at all?
- Yes, no commitment. Most agencies lock their clients in for 12 months — we believe trust is earned month after month. If we don't deliver, you walk. No penalty, no exit clause, just a reasonable notice period to cleanly hand over accesses and the knowledge built up on the account.
- What's included in the €950 + 10% offer?
- Full management of your campaigns on the chosen networks (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), strategic guidance, weekly reporting, access to our dashboards, production of landing pages and core ad creatives. The 10% applies only to the media spend actually deployed. All EUR amounts are ex. VAT; USD figures are indicative (rate ≈ 1.08).
- Do you work with clients outside France?
- Yes. We manage accounts across France, Europe and the United States. Communication runs in French or English, your call. We adjust time zones for our weekly check-ins.
- How does onboarding work?
- Month 1 includes a €2,000 ($2,160) setup fee: account restructuring, tracking implementation, landing pages, creative briefing. From month 2 onwards, only the monthly retainer and the variable share apply.
- Are you independent or an agency?
- A two-person senior team — that's it. You speak directly to the people doing the work. No account manager middle layer, no churn, no pitch disconnected from execution. We invoice French clients through our French entity and European/American clients through our Singapore entity.
- Is the offer really all-inclusive?
- Yes, for the vast majority of our clients there are no extra fees. We do pass through, at cost, the API fees for image and video generation, paid third-party APIs, and KPI retrieval beyond a certain volume threshold. You'll always be informed upfront. If your company runs non-standard tools or CRM, tracking may require a custom quote at the start of the engagement.
- Do you also handle SEO or LLM optimisation (GEO)?
- No, we specialise in paid media. We can, however, refer you to trusted partners with proven expertise in those areas and work seamlessly alongside them or your existing providers.
- Do you use AI in your work?
- Yes, but no agent or LLM ever decides on our behalf. Every strategic decision and account change is validated by Arthur or Emile. We believe AI must remain a tool that augments judgment, not a substitute for it.
